The Amendment Four project consists of free online legal advice clinics held to assist Pinellas County residents in these three categories: Amendment 4 & Voting Rights for those with Felony Convictions, Driver’s License Suspension for unpaid court costs, and Criminal Records Expunction or Sealing. Clinics are held the first and third Thursday of every month from 5:00PM -7:00PM.
